We have 7 new furnished rooms available in this completely lovely renovated house where we have
2 rooms on the second floor where you have a shared new bathroom with sink, shower and toilet
2 rooms on the 1 floor where you also have a shared new bathroom with sink , shower and toilet
2 rooms on the groundfloor where you have the bathrooms on the -1 level
1 room on the -1 floor whith also a shared bathroom
All rooms have all necessary furniture : bed, mattress, small cupboard, work table, chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains . There is also a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasser oven , microwave , fridge and sink and accces to a little outside space.
We 're searching for 1 young tenant between 18-35 years old which are students or interns or young professionals and who want to stay untill end of august or end of september to rent our last rooms out .
Registration is possible and we work with an independent expert office who is doing the inventory in and out ( 100 euro / inventory ). The warranty is 2 months rent so 1450 or 1500 euro .
In the rent is a 60 euro monthly provision included and the rent for these rooms are 725 euro/ month for the smallest ones and 750 euro / month for the bigger rooms . Visits only on appointment and after receiving the necessary documents: copy id card - proof inscription university or internship -working contract .
