Student room 16 m² rue braemt

This room is in a house which exist of 8 private new furnished rooms over 4 floors, comprising hall, 4 bathroom showers and 4 toilets , a fully equipped kitchen in common situated on the groundfloor of the house and big furnished living room in common on the first floor .
My room is on the second floor of the house ( 3 floor ) and has all necessary furniture you need : bed, mattress, small cupboard, work table, chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ... ).
On the 1 floor we have a nice shared living room and on the groundfloor we have a double kitchen ( 2 ovens , 2 cooking plates , 2 sinks and 3 fridges , 1 microwave ) and all kitchen ware is availble ( forks and spoons, pot and pans)
Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a laundry shop in the street and a lot of shops close by .
