The room is furnished with a bed, drawer, and desk, located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from Parc du Cinquantenaire and 2 minutes on foot from the nearest grocery shop.

Details:
• Rent: 650€ + 145€ for charges (including weekly cleaning, wifi, netflix)
• Facilities: Shared WC with one other person, private shower
• Common Areas: Fully equipped kitchen (fridges, dishwasher, oven), living room with TV, laundry room, and sauna.

Je recherche un(e) étudiant(e) ou un(e) stagiaire. La chambre est spacieuse et meublée (lit, commode, bureau) dans un quartier très calme de Schaerbeek, à 10 minutes à pied du Parc du Cinquantenaire et à 2 minutes à pied du magasin d’alimentation le plus proche.

• Loyer : 600€ + 145€ de charges (incluant un nettoyage hebdomadaire, wifi, netflix)
• Installations : WC à partager avec une autre personne, douche privative
