合租房 12 m² Rue de Theux

Hello, I will leave my student room in Ixelles in October, so it will be free in November (the landlord's contracts normally start on month's 1st day). ONLY STUDENTS (working students and PhD will be still taken into account, but not young workers) will be considered, as the whole building is composed by a student environment.
The flat is mixed and shared with other 2 tenants.
The room is exposed to south-east, which turns as an advantage for the long cold periods. Equipped with wide desk (with drawers), closet with curtain, mattress.
The shower and toilet are in separate rooms and both have a sink, they are connected through ventilation opening. The toilet room also has a window.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and so forth. But NO dishwasher.
Washing machine and dryer are present in the basement of the building and their use is already included as 15€ monthly with the specified rent amount.
The position of the building is next to the stop Germoir/Mouterij (lines 81, 95). Therefore directly connected few minutes by bus to VUB and ULB. The tram 81 is a direct connection to Brussels Zuid station (Gare du Midi, connected to Charleroi airport).
The building also has an external terrace with chairs (in this space smoking is allowed) situated at the ground level.
