I'm an engineering students and I'm going to stay in Germany for the whole summer. I'm therefore subletting my room from the June 27 until September 14th. The room is 14. 5 square meters and is on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, 2 toilets and a big garden. Since the housing market is becoming more and more expensive, I've decided to sublet my room for only 415 euros (all charges are included) so, students and like-minded people still have the possibility to rent a room in an expensive city. The house is located in Elsene, Terkamerenboslaan, with the tram station (7 & 25, Marie-josé) and bus station (95, Arcaden), so you can be in the centre in less than 30 minutes. You are also right next to the famous park Bois de la Cambre.
