Bienvenu chez nous! Nous vous proposons une chambre meublée de 12m2 avec 2 grandes fenêtres ( très lumineux) situé au 2ème étage côté jardin dans un appartement duplex de 3 chambres avec terrasse.
La chambre est meublée d’un lit 1 personne avec table de nuit+ lampe, 1 bureau avec chaise de bureau et lampe, 2 armoires IKEA, un fauteuil vintage et un accès direct à la terrasse.
La salle de bain ( douche -WC) est à partager avec une autre étudiante ( B3 à la Cambre) et la grande pièce de vie+ terrasse avec une adulte, l’étudiante et MARRON le chat.
Colocation chaleureuse et calme.

We have a room to share in our flat.
The room ( 12m2) is in a 3 bedrooms flat. We are in the EU-area, a few stones from Place Jourdan and and pentagon with very good connections. The cosy room has a 2 large windows, one opening to the large terrace, in a nice colorful surrounding of a 110m2 flat.
The room has 1 person bed, bed table, + lamp, 1 desk+ office chair+ 2 Ikea drawers, a vintage armchair.
The bathroom ( shower+ toilets+ sink) has to be shared with the other student.
The 2 storey flat has a lovely large terrace. You would share the large common room (60 m2) within a open kitchen with a French lady and a Student in La Cambre.

en plein quartier européen, à côté de la place Jourdan: bus 80,60,34, 59, du Métro Schuman et Maalbeek. Proche de petits magasins de nuit, de restaurants, cafés, grandes surfaces ( Liedl, Colruyt, ProxiDelhaize), zone verte (Parc du Cinquantenaire, Parc Léopold).
