Roommate +-March-July (female)

Hiiii ! We are looking for a female student to replace our roommate Elise who is leaving for Erasmus in the second semester. She is going to Peru from March to Augustus but if you need the apartment before, we can talk about it.

The room is fully furnished. Facing east, it has a large window and blackout drapes. It is located in a furnished 3-bedroom apartment also situated between the solbosch and the ixelles cemetery, near the relai stop (bus 95). 
Communal rooms include a balcony (with a cubbyhole), a living room, a kitchen (equipped + dishwasher) and a bathroom with a huge shower. There's also a bike room and a private cellar for each apartment.

Both the apartment and the neighborhood are very quiet, which is why we only party outdoors to keep the place as peaceful as possible.
Also, the neighbors upstairs are our friends, so we pass a lot of time together and going from one appartement to another. We would love to include you in that group.

We are looking for an exchange student because we love the cultural and language exchange. Right now, we are living with a Spanish girl and it is the best experience we've ever had, she is so nice and we're switching languages all the time !
About your futures roomies :
Clara is currently studying criminology in a master's degree but did a bachelor in English and Japanese. She is an easy person to live with, calm and open-minded. She adapt herself to every situation. Her biggest quality is communication.
Ninon is doing an Erasmus in England now, she is studying politics and is a well organized person. She loves to tell stories about her time in Namur, where she studied social working.
Both of them are in their ultimate year of master, so they will also pass time working on their thesis.
