Nous proposons une chambre d'environ 23 m² dans notre maison située dans la belle commune de Watermael-Boitsfort. Située à proximité de la place Keym, des gares Watermael et Boondael, ainsi que d'une ligne de tram et de plusieurs lignes de bus, facilitant ainsi vos déplacements. La chambre entièrement meublée est autonome avec sa salle de bain et sa toilette séparée et privative. La chambre a également accès à une terrasse privée.

Dans la maison, vous partagerez la cuisine super-équipée avec sa terrasse et le confortable salon avec nous, un autre locataire et notre chat, Danette. Un garage à vélo est également disponible. Le loyer s'élève à 950 € charges incluses (eau, gaz, électricité, internet et ménage des communs) et la chambre est disponible à la date mentionnée.


We offer a room of around 23 m² in our house located in the beautiful commune of Watermael-Boitsfort. It's close to Place Keym, Watermael and Boondael railway stations, as well as a tram line and several bus routes, making it easy to get around. The fully furnished room is self-contained with its own private bathroom and separate toilet. The room also has access to a private terrace.

In the house, you will share the super-equipped kitchen with its terrace and the comfortable living room with us, another tenant and our cat, Danette. A bicycle garage is also available. The rent is €950 including charges (water, gas, electricity, internet and cleaning of the common areas) and the room is available as mentionned.
