Stéphanie est située au 33 Rue Berckmans 1060 Saint Gilles. C’est une grande résidence de 35 personnes. Les parties communes sont la cuisine, un grand living avec sofa + tv, une salle de sport, une buanderie et un grand jardin aménagé avec barbecue. La résidence dispose d'un ascenseur ! Les machines à laver et séchoirs fonctionnent avec des jetons d’une valeur 2€. Il y a une taxe de séjour 4. 58€/jour.


🍽️SEULEMENT CHEZ NOUS, tu disposeras, dans la cuisine, d’une armoire privative (fermée à clef) contenant ton frigo, ta propre vaisselle fournie.

🏠Chambre 423 : 895€/ mois toutes charges comprises (+-18sqm) 4e étage côté jardin. La salle de douche est en chambre dans une pièce séparée. La toilette est sur le palier, partagée avec les deux autres chambres de l’étage. Petit balcon.

Au niveau pratique, nous demandons toujours une caution équivalente à deux mois de loyer. Pour les contrats dont la durée est inférieure à 6 mois, des frais de première installation seront facturés aux occupants selon la grille ci-dessous :

Les états de lieux d’entrée et de sortie coûtent 35€/chaque. Les contrats commencent toujours le 1er et le 16e jour de chaque mois et chaque quinzaine entamée est due. Il est autorisé de se domicilier dans les bâtiments.

Washing machines and tumblers are operated with 2€ tokens. There is a stay tax 4. 58€/day.


🍽️ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided.


🏠Room 423: 895€/month all bills included (+-18sqm) located on the 4th floor garden side. The bathroom is en suite in a separate room but the toilet is on the floor and shared with the two other rooms on the floor. Small balcony.



Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 35€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :

Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are bimonthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed.
