where you can live, at home, with, a student nurse, and the current tenant (me, retired flight attendant)
The apartment is on the first floor, it is at your entire disposal: it includes 3 bedrooms: two on the 1st floor, mine and that of Yasmine (Belgian Italian roommate), Brand new bathroom and shower, separate WC , fully equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room, computer and printer, scanner, Internet, WI-FI, and free telephone to landlines in many countries, free NETFLIX .. terrace and garden + bbq; washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
The available room is on the ground floor, in the rising sun, at the back of the house, fully furnished, including duvets and towels, Central heating, WI-FI, internet, online printer, and Netflix, it gives view and access to the Garden and to the courtyard, (with table and armchairs, parasol and BBQ).
Everything is in common, except the rooms, of course, you are at home, in the whole apartment, bike available .....
We are close to Ferrer-Brugmann, VUB medicine and Pharma, nurses.
and a little further from ULB-Erasme, UCL, St Louis, TOWN CENTER ... etc .....
Don't wait to make up your mind, because like every year, there are a lot of requests in Brussels, and a lot of offers ... but few so interesting, believe me! here everything is included without limits, even your prints.
There you have it, you know almost everything, I'll take care of management and repairs, there will be two of you for maintenance

Brussels-city center 10-15-20 min (bus and metro, fast tram)! Public indoor swimming pool 5 minutes away! Very quiet area and without problems, we sleep very well, rooms at the back. Several lighted and guarded parks a few minutes away, in short, we are OK, here ... All shops 5 minutes away, we are near the Jette shopping center, where there is a market every day! nothing is missing, there is even an organic store! The Sunday market is one of the largest in Brussels Capital. Distances: Brugmann (FERRER) 20min walk, or 11min by bus .... VUB (Med and Pharma) 10 min; ULB Solbosch, ULB Erasme: from door to door = 50 min (tram + metro) ... etc. We are far enough from the center of Brussels to be quiet, in the tranquility of the outskirts, and close enough for journeys fast to schools, universities and colleges ..
