Student room 12 m² Rue des Alcyons

In a large house (which I do not personally occupy) only for Erasmus students or internship, 1 single bedroom at 510€ (470€ + 40€ charges) , available from September 15th 2024 untill end December, max 3-4 months.
With shared living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, washing machine, dryer, garden, bicycle storage. No direct domiciliation. Non-smoker.
All-inclusive rent: water, gas, electricity, heating, internet, cable television and cleaning every 15 days.
We love music and animals but, out of respect for the other students, we do not accept them.

CEE (direct 15min to Schuman, direct 10min to North station from Berchem Station).
10min from Erasmus by car or 2x15min and 20min from AZ VUB by public transport.
