In a large house (which I do not personally occupy) only for Erasmus students or internship, 1 double bedroom at 520€ (480€ + 40€ charges) , available from February the 1st, Max 3-4 months. House for non-smoker only.
With shared living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, washing machine, dryer, garden, bicycle storage. No direct domiciliation.
All-inclusive rent: water, gas, electricity, heating, internet, cable television and cleaning every 15 days.
We love music and animals but, out of respect for the other students, we do not accept them.

CEE (direct 15min to Schuman, direct 10min to North station from Berchem Station).
10min from Erasmus by car or 2x15min and 20min from AZ VUB by public transport.
