Nous partagerons cette cuisine super équipée mais tres "famille" on y mange régulièrement, je cuisine assez bien , vous verrez, et vous pourrez y exercer vos talents lol. Il ne manque rien, pas même le lave vaisselle...
le jardin a été refait cette année , les rosiers sont en fleurs. C'est le moment des barbecues ou d'un peu de lecture, à l'ombre ou au soleil...

The transport: bus 13/14 in the street, to underground railway Simonis which covers the complete city, train station at 5 minutes, tram19 at 5 minutes. But: minimum participation. to the maintenance is required, accept my cat , do not smoke in appart, no „visit for the night (to be discussed), for your security and mine.. that is it........!
