The transport: bus 13/14 in the street, to underground railway Simonis which covers the complete city, train station at 5 minutes, tram19 at 5 minutes. But: minimum participation. to the maintenance is required, accept my cat , do not smoke in appart, no „visit for the night (to be discussed), for your security and mine.. that is it........!
