➢ The performance mattress bed is a premium sofa bed, which should adapt well to the "pitch" and "roll" that your sleep will develop.

⇰⓶⇰ The kitchenette, opposite the bedroom, is shared with just one friendly girl.
I lend dishes and kitchen utensils. When it comes to supplies, a short walk is enough to reach the Delhaize, Lidl or Aldi supermarkets.
➢ A microwave oven and a class A ++ two-door fridge, chosen for its silence, are in the single room. Electro is therefore personal, just to serve your appetite.

⇰⓷⇰ The shower room has a state-of-the-art water heater, which produces hot water continuously. It is shared with 4 students, who have a sense of respect for "the next". It is 100% guaranteed that this space is cleaned in a professional manner every week.

➢ The atmosphere in this student residence is pleasant and calm. More relaxed than this place would be boring ;-)

➢ The Porte de Namur metro station is only a 10-minute walk away. BUS 71, a 2-minute walk away, takes you in 7 minutes to the Central Station and in 18 min. up to ULB. Place du Luxembourg is a 15-minute walk away.
