We are two young professionals searching for a third person to join us in our beautifully renovated and fully furnished triplex apartment. The space is thoughtfully decorated, featuring nice artworks and vintage furniture, all complemented by central heating.

We are preferably looking for young professionals that have experienced what a colocation is before. Cleanliness and honest communications are your two best assets here. As the second roommate will also leave at the end of the year, I'm happy to redefine a bit what our life in the coloc is like. But I would describe what I like as a mix of "live and let live" and trying to share some moments together and make this space feel like home! MIN. 1 Year contract - You'll need a guarantor if you don't have an employment contract that covers the costs of the apartment.

The coloc is located a few steps from the square Steurs and is within walking distance of the European Institutions, Botanique, Madou, and Brussels city center. The street is a one way, quiet street with easy access to public transport.
