The agreement is validated by the student residence itself so there is no risk associated.

King Upkot is one of the best student residences in Brussels, with outstanding location: 10 minutes walk from the campus, next to metro lines 2-6 and tram 92-93. The studio is approx. 30sqm with its own private bathroom, toilette and kitchen. Besides you will have access to the building's common areas (common kitchen, study room, gym, game room, laundry, garden with BBQ) as well. The studio is spacious and well-equipped: a kitchen with induction cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave-oven, sink; washbasin; a single bed; a large desk, shelves and wardrobe.
I have many items (mattress, chair, ventilator, cutlery, utensils etc. ), I can leave them here for you..

The price is 750 all inclusive, lower than the market price, and negotiable. Dm!
