Hi all! I’m subletting my fully furnished studio located in Rue Keyenveld in Ixelles from mid of July to end of August, with a possibility to take over rent in the new rental period of September. The price from September is 700€.
The place is right next to the European Quarter, a few steps away from Place Stephanie, with various supermarket such as Delhaize, Carrefour, Lidl and Aldi reachable in a few minutes. Metro Line 2 6 from Louise and Porte Namur and bus 71 5 minutes by foot.
The rent is 675€ per month (half rent for July) all inclusive. Visits start from 6pm during weekdays and Saturday afternoons. Deposit 1 month rent.
Priority is given to those who want to rent from July.
