Student room 10 m² Rue de Douvres

I’m subletting my room from around mid August to mid October (I can change the start date if requested). With possibility to rent for the year after that (2024 15th October to 2025 14th October) if you would like.

The location in Aumale, right next to the subway station, about 15-20 minutes from Brussel center. The room comes with private a sink and shower, with toilet and kitchen being shared with 3 other people.

The price is 650 per month inclusive bills (heating, electricity, water), the room is furnished, meaning the bed frame and mattress and a pillow is included (but no sheets or bed cover), with one study table, a coffee table, a small sofa, a heater, a closet, a trash bin and a night stand all included in the room itself. Also includes the aforementioned shower and sink. Everything except for the bed and night stand is on first layer of the room, there is a small staircase that leads to a smaller second layer with the bed there, I can provide a video if you'd like.

The room itself is on the third floor, with a toilet (which is shared) on the same floor. You have 3 other occupied rooms next to you on the third floor, while 2nd floor has 2 studios which are also occupied. The living room and kitchen is at the first floor, where there is another toilet there as well.

You have a fridge and freezer exclusive to you located in the kitchen, most kitchen appliances are provided and shared between the flat mates. Kitchen is connected to the living, the kitchen has an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine.
