Rental fees amount to 600€ per month (excl charges). Monthly charges amount to 120€ per month. Rental possible for 8 months (January 2024 until August 2024).
No domiciliation allowed.
Charges include water, electricity, high speed Internet, fire insurance and cleaning of common areas. This amount is fixed and will not be revised at the end of the rental period.
