Elle se compose de 10 chambres, toutes avec salle de douche et toilette privative, d’une grande cuisine avec armoire privative comportant un frigo, de la vaisselle, des couverts et un set de cuisine par locataire, d’une buanderie, d’une salle ciné, d’une salle de coworking, d’une salle kicker et d’une salle de sport. Il y a aussi un grand jardin aménagé avec barbecue et terrasse. Il y a une taxe de séjour 1. 10€/jour.


🍽️SEULEMENT CHEZ NOUS, tu disposeras, dans la cuisine, d’une armoire privative (fermée à clef) contenant ton frigo, ta propre vaisselle fournie.

Au niveau pratique, nous demandons toujours une caution équivalente à deux mois de loyer. Pour les contrats dont la durée est inférieure à 6 mois, des frais de première installation seront facturés aux occupants selon la grille ci-dessous :

Les états de lieux d’entrée et de sortie coûtent 50€/chaque. Les contrats commencent toujours le 1er et le 16e jour de chaque mois et chaque quinzaine entamée est due. Il est autorisé de se domicilier dans les bâtiments.

Churchill, Rue Marie Depage 11, it’s 2min walk from tram stop Churchill with tram lines that go all the way through brussels.
More about the house, it’s a house of ten rooms with big common spaces. Each room has a private bathroom + toilet and is of course fully furnished. The common areas consist of a common kitchen, with cupboard and private fridge, dish ware, cutlery and pans +pots for each tenant. The basement has been turned into a big common space, with a cinema room, a football table room, a coworking space, a gym and a laundry. There is also a nice garden with barbecue. There is a stay tax 1. 10€/day.


🍽️ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided.

Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :

Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are bimonthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed.
