The room on the 2nd floor has central heating with individual thermostat and double glazing. There is also a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, a desk with an armchair and a rack. The shared bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Alarm clock and free Wifi in the room.
The fully equipped kitchen next to the room is reserved for my guests.
Access to south terrace and garden with furniture, parasol and deck chairs.
Washing machine and dryer can be used for a modest contribution.
The shared parts are cleaned once a week.
