The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pans, pots, cutlery, fridge with freezer, microwave and cooking plates, oven etc. On top of that you have a courtyard terrasse where you can relax and enjoy talking to your housemate.

The room is quiet and bright since it’s facing south. The room is entirely furnished with 1 single bed, desk, chair, dressing and private toilet.

High speed internet is also included in the rent.

The mansion is located 2 minutes' walk to Place Flagey and very close to the European Parliament.

They are many transportation services around the mansion such as tram, bus and the railway station.

The monthly rent is 650€ including the utilities costs, insurance and cleaning lady. You will not have to pay anything on top of that.
