We are living in a family house close to the center of Brussels, at Pannenhuis metro station in Laeken. Very convenient to go downtown. At the floors, we have bedrooms used for 2 students or stagiairs for € 399/month it covers all the charges (water, heater, electricity, internet, cleaning) ... This furnished room with balcony includes a bed, a desk a wardrobes, a sofa. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared with another room-mates. Equipment like microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, cooker and dishes are also available. The idea is to keep the apartment open, but be able to respect one’s privacy.
