Hey! As I am leaving Brussels in a couple of days, I am helping my landlord find a new student who would like to stay from april to at least end of august or even longer. The student room is relatively big, very bright, quite cosy, and has a direct access to a beautiful garden. Bail allant jusqu'à la fin de l'année académique (31 août 2025) avec possibilité de renouvellement.

Charming house (architectural heritage) surrounded by a large garden (2000 m²) shared with the owners (caution, presence of a dog - but I only saw the dog outside and had no direct contact) featuring: barbecue, deckchairs, pond, fruit trees. Metro, Bus, Tram stations and Carrefour all within 3 minutes walking distance.
Lease runs until the end of the academic year (August 31, 2025), with possibility of renewal.
