In a nice and quite area not far from EU institutions and nearby Tram/Bus (5/7 min walk from the house), close from Tervuren Parc and Montgomery, I m looking for a nice, organized, clean and respectful roommate!
Free the 1st January 25, I propose a nice room + private bathroom.
A nice open and modern full equipped kitchen is to be shared, a beautiful and big sunny garden where we can do a BBQ, but also a nice open fire and a private salon will be available for the new roomate.
There is a garage to lock your bike, moto and some boxes.
On the ground floor there is a common toilet and a nice and big living room.
On the 1st floor, 3 nice bedrooms. One parental room with shower (occupied by me) and 2 more rooms (but I only rent one of them) with a private bathroom. We will only be 2 people in this nice and bright house!
I m looking for a dynamic, trustable, respectful and independent roomate, who will respect some rules of the house.
A housekeeper is coming once a week 4 hours to clean deeply but I expect a minimum of cleaning in between, specially in all common place!
I am open to expat who is looking for 6 month min renting.
No pets, kids or smoker please!
