Hello all,

My room will be available for sub-renting from 01/09 to 01/12/2024, as I will be abroad for this period.

It is a very nice house share of 4.
The house is situated in a beautiful and very convivial area, 20sec. away to the amaizing Parc Josaphat.
There is cute bars and cafes close, shops, pharmacy, post office, trams and buses that quickly leads you to every part of Brussels.

Here are the house mates (between 27 and 37):

- Clara from Italy (student in post-doctora and teacher at ULB university);

- Adil from Marocco (student at ULB, great painter and plant lover);

- Xavier from Belgium (carpenter for events and shows).

My room is small but very cute and is open to the little yard.
There is one single bed but it is very cozy!
There is a little desk and furnitures for clothes and so on.

The house share is just great!!!

We are looking for a kind and respectuous girl (student, worker, expat) between 27 and 37.

There is a one month deposit.
